Held Through the Hormones đź’›

There are days your body feels unfamiliar.

Your emotions rise quick… then fall just as fast.

You’re tired, overwhelmed, maybe even wondering,

“What is happening to me?”

Friend… you are not alone in this. Not even a little bit. 🤍

This season—perimenopause—it can feel like everything is shifting at once. Your body, your mind, your patience, your sleep… all of it. But here’s the truth you need to hold onto tight:

✨ God is not confused about what you’re going through.

✨ God is not distant in this season.

✨ God is right here—in every moment of it.

He created your body. He understands every change, every hormone, every tear you cry for no clear reason. None of this has caught Him off guard.

Even on the days you don’t feel like yourself…

you are still you.

And more importantly—you are still His. 🙌

When your emotions feel big and your strength feels small, He is steady. When your body feels out of control, He is still in control.

You don’t have to have it all together.

You don’t have to “push through” alone.

You can pause. You can breathe. You can lean in.

Because God is walking you through this—not rushing you, not leaving you—but gently carrying you.

đź’› You are not forgotten in this season.

đź’› You are not too much.

đź’› You are not alone.

You are still beautifully, purposefully made—right here, right now.
