The Heart of the Matter 🤍

Let’s be real for a second: some days you wake up feeling like a warrior, ready to take on the world. 🛡️ And other days… not so much. Other days, you feel like a stranger in your own skin. The brain fog rolls in, the energy levels dip, and you find yourself wondering where the "old you" went. 🌫️

If you’ve been feeling untethered lately, I want you to hear this loud and clear: You are not alone, and you are not losing your mind. 🙌

We often feel like we have to perform—to keep the same pace we had ten years ago, to hide the struggle, and to "do" everything perfectly. But God isn't looking for a perfect performance. He is looking for you. ✨

God knows. 🕊️ He knows about the 3:00 AM wake-up calls when your mind won't stop racing. He knows about the sudden waves of heat and the even faster waves of emotion. He knows the frustration of feeling like your body is speaking a language you don't understand. He isn't watching from a distance, waiting for you to "get it together." He is right there in the middle of the transition with you. 🤝

His grace meets you right where you are. Not where you think you should be. Not where you used to be. Right here. In the messy, unpredictable, "not-so-strong" days, His power is actually doing its best work. When you reach the end of your own strength, you’re standing at the beginning of His. 💪

Permit Yourself to slowwww down 💛

Today, permit yourself to slow down. You don’t have to do it all perfectly right now. It is okay to honor the season your body is in. It is okay to ask for help, to take a nap, or to simply sit and breathe. 🧘‍♀️ You aren't "failing" at life because you’re tired. You are navigating a major shift, and God is more than happy to carry the heavy lifting for you. 🧺

You are seen. You are known. And you are deeply, unconditionally loved by the One who created every fiber of your being. 🎨✨

A Simple Prayer 🙏

Lord, thank You for seeing me exactly as I am today. Thank You that I don't have to hide my weakness or my weariness from You. When I feel alone or overwhelmed by this season of perimenopause, remind me that Your grace is more than enough. Help me to trust Your timing and Your design for my body. I’m leaning on Your strength today. Amen. ✨🌷
